Hirokazu Kishinami is an Immigration associate and a member of the firm’s Japan practice. He was born and raised in Saitama, Japan and is fully bilingual in Japanese and English. Hirokazu’s acute understanding of Japanese culture is a tremendous asset to our clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Hirokazu was a law clerk for a small firm in Washington, D.C., where he drafted motions and memoranda of law supporting civil litigation and court filings. He also served as a student attorney for the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, and he was a summer associate with Masuda Funai in 2021. During law school, Hirokazu served as a research and spading volunteer with the Washington College of Law War Crimes Research Office in D.C.
