Riebana Sachs’ corporate practice focuses on formation, maintenance and dissolution of business entities; corporate structuring; and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Born in Hannover and raised in Hamburg, Germany, she is fluent in German and has an acute understanding of German and European business culture, which is a tremendous asset to the German and Austrian companies we represent.

As a member of the employment group, Riebana advises clients on various employment matters and compliance issues, and she is an active member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining Masuda Funai, Riebana served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she litigated numerous bench and jury trials, so she brings solid litigation experience and a unique perspective to her practice.
