Masuda Funai is pleased to announce the advancement of Christen McGlynn and Riebana Sachs to Income Principal effective January 1, 2026. These promotions reflect the firm’s continued focus on developing strong practitioners to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Christen McGlynn is a business litigator with experience representing clients across a wide variety of industries. Her practice includes pre-litigation counseling through trial, in state and federal court. Christen continues her passion for trial advocacy as a coach for the John Marshall trial team, and she was named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2024–2026.

Riebana Sachs focuses her practice on national and international corporate matters and cross-border transactions, as well as employment counseling. A native German speaker, Riebana has an acute understanding of German and European business culture. Riebana is an active member of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, and she was named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024.
