The COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic complications have impacted employees and management in numerous ways. In response, the federal government has passed legislation providing emergency and expanded FMLA and sick leave rights, and state governments have adopted extensive requirements and guidelines for re-opening and continuing office, factory and warehouse operations during the ongoing pandemic.
