Jiwon Juliana Yhee is a member of Masuda Funai's Litigation, Distribution and Sales, and Employment practice groups. She focuses her practice on a variety of matters, including: defending clients in employment discrimination and retaliatory termination cases; drafting background check policies and updating non-competes, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements; assisting clients with antitrust issues, such as price discrimination under the Robinson-Patman Act; and aiding clients with commercial litigation issues including breach of contract and fraud.

Ms. Yhee is admitted to practice in Illinois.

Prior to joining Masuda Funai, Ms. Yhee worked for the Champaign County State's Attorney's Office where, with a 711 license, she represented the state in several trials. Between her undergraduate studies and attending law school, she received a Fulbright research grant through the U.S. Department of State and the Institute of International Education.
