Tisha Delgado, ACP® is a senior litigation paralegal and e-discovery specialist with over 30 years of experience. NALA-advanced certified and specializing in e-discovery, she is well-versed in managing complex cases and navigating the fast-paced environment typical in litigation. Tisha excels at prioritizing tasks and providing meticulous attention to detail in every phase of legal proceedings. She provides comprehensive litigation support throughout the full life cycle of a case, with a particular focus on electronic discovery involving electronically stored information (ESI).
Tisha manages e-discovery processes from identification through document production, working with attorneys to organize and analyze large volumes of electronically stored information. She assists with the preparation of pleadings and motions, organizes exhibits, and supports trial preparation. She also coordinates case calendars, court deadlines, and depositions while managing workflows within the firm’s document review platform, including AI-assisted review and analytics.
In addition to her legal work, Tisha is active in the paralegal community. She founded the Chicago Paralegal Network and previously served as President of the Chicago Paralegal Association. She is also a member of the Women in eDiscovery Chicago Chapter and the National Association of Legal Assistants. Tisha has spoken at legal conferences, authored articles on litigation procedures, and appeared on industry podcasts discussing topics such as electronic filing and professional networking.
Tisha is committed to pro bono and community service and volunteers with the Wills for Heroes program, which provides legal services to first responders. She also served on the Chicago Bar Association and Chicago Bar Foundation Access to Justice Task Force, contributing to efforts focused on optimizing the use of legal professionals in expanding access to justice.
Tisha is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP®) through the National Association of Legal Assistants, with advanced certifications in e-discovery and trial practice. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from El Paso Community College.
