Shane Bekian is a commercial litigator focused on contract and employment and disputes. He represents international and domestic clients in litigation across a variety of industries.  Shane also assists clients with commercial matters, including reviewing and drafting sales representative and distribution agreements and terms and conditions for sales and distribution of goods and services, and providing regulatory support for businesses.

Before joining Masuda Funai, Shane was an attorney for a Los Angeles defense firm where he handled various matters within personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment litigation. He successfully argued motions in court and won cases on behalf of his clients.

During law school, he was a certified law clerk in the Preliminary Hearing Unit for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he attended preliminary hearings and conducted direct and cross-examinations of witnesses. He also served as an advocate at his institution’s Immigration Legal Clinic where he processed visa applications for foster care children and victims of domestic violence.
