Nancy provides paralegal support for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa filings, including H-1B petitions, I-140 immigrant petitions, LCAs, Employment- and Family-based Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications, Naturalization (NATZ), I-130 petitions, Reentry Permits, and I-90 applications. She plays a key role in coordinating with clients and attorneys to manage case preparation, draft supporting documentation, and track filing deadlines. Nancy is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to offer personalized support to a broad range of clients.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Dominican University. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Immigrant Visa Supervisor and DACA Supervisor at Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, where she gained significant experience handling immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
