Jessica L. Tullier is a senior real estate paralegal with nearly 30 years of experience supporting attorneys and clients. She assists with a variety of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and sales, leasing matters, and mortgage financing. Jessica coordinates due diligence, prepares closing checklists and documentation, and supports transaction closings. She also reviews title commitments, title documents, surveys, and conducts zoning research, including GIS mapping and municipal code review.

Jessica supports real estate matters that involve corporate and financing components, and she assists with forming business entities, and conducting UCC searches and filings. In addition, she reviews and abstracts leases, monitors critical dates, and assists with coordinating construction escrow draws and post-closing requirements.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica spent 15 years at a suburban real estate firm, where she advanced from legal assistant to paralegal, along with handling various bookkeeping functions.
Jessica earned an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Elgin Community College. She is an Illinois Accredited Paralegal and a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association, where she currently serves as Accreditation Co-Committee Chairperson.
