Anne Miller provides immigration solutions to corporate clients including foreign investors, domestic businesses hiring foreign workers, and multinational companies transferring foreign employees to the U.S. She also represents individual executives and professionals regarding their specific immigration-related needs. Her practice comprises all aspects of nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship and worksite enforcement, including Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification and E-Verify compliance.

Anne’s clients span a wide range of industries, such as information technology, manufacturing, transportation and warehousing, financial services, healthcare, retail, and technical services. She enjoys serving clients from around the globe and by understanding what is important to each client she serves, Anne is able to provide customized solutions specific to their business objectives.

Anne brings valuable experience from her prior immigration roles at a top-tier global law firm and a leading global immigration law firm, where she drafted and filed nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, prepared responses to requests for evidence and conducted visa eligibility screenings. Her expertise includes preparing EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, and resolving consular issues, such as waivers and expedited appointments.

During law school, Anne served as an immigration law clerk, gaining skills in preparing H-1B, L-1, and EB-1 petitions. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal for a leading global immigration law firm.

Notably, Anne is dedicated to providing pro bono legal services, representing clients in U-Visa cases, volunteering at N-400 citizenship clinics, and preparing women in ICE custody for asylum interviews.
