Anne brings valuable experience from her prior immigration roles at a top-tier global law firm and a leading global immigration law firm, where she drafted and filed nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, prepared responses to requests for evidence and conducted visa eligibility screenings. Her expertise includes preparing EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions, and resolving consular issues, such as waivers and expedited appointments.
During law school, Anne served as an immigration law clerk, gaining skills in preparing H-1B, L-1, and EB-1 petitions. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal for a leading global immigration law firm.
