Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. is seeking a business law associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience, including a variety of employment cases experience to join the Los Angeles office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and communication skills. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of state and federal fair employment laws, wage and hours laws, and the various leave laws. The candidate must have experience with commercial transactions, drafting employment documents, including offer letters, policies, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements. The candidate should be comfortable representing clients before the various state and federal agencies and courts. Japanese language skills are helpful but not required. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar.
