The Chicago office of Masuda Funai is actively seeking a native German speaking attorney with 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in Corporate law. Our firm's European Services Team represents a variety of German and other international clients in matters ranging from large, complex corporate and commercial transactions, to day-to-day employment, distribution, immigration and real estate issues. Candidates must have a U.S. Law degree or LLM, preferably licensed in Illinois or New York, and a German law degree would be highly beneficial. Other requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, along with a strong business acumen.
