Our commitment to multi-cultural clients is supported by our Client Services Representatives (CSRs) who intake client inquiries and work with the appropriate attorneys to address and respond to the specific needs of our clients. Our CSRs facilitate client communications and serve as bilingual and bicultural liaisons. Notably, we are committed to ensuring that relevant documents, notifications, inquiries and responses are interpreted and translated clearly into the client's native language, facilitating seamless and concise communications between clients and attorneys across all areas of practice and regions.
