Kevin Borozan is a skilled litigator with experience in all phases of employment litigation. He represents employers in a wide range of matters involving wage and hour violations, employment benefits disputes, trade secrets and non-competition agreements, and allegations of discrimination and harassment. Kevin’s employment law expertise includes advising and counseling employers on a myriad of daily employment-related issues and workplace relations matters from discipline and terminations, reductions-in-force, restrictive covenants, compensation and benefits, to wage and hour pay practices and compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws, such as ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and Title VII.
