Gregory M. Wright, a Principal of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd., has been formally admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Wright's admission ceremony was held remotely (due to COVID-19 restrictions) on December 8, 2020 by the State of New York, Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. Mr. Wright's membership in the State Bar of New York is effective immediately.
Mr. Wright's practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions, financing matters, securities issues and restructuring. He is also admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan.
