Greg Wright Admitted to Practice Law in Michigan

Gregory M. Wright, a Principal of Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell Ltd., has been formally admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan. Mr. Wright’s admission ceremony was held on December 20, 2019 at the Macomb County Circuit Court in Mt. Clemens, Michigan with Hon. James M. Biernat, Jr. presiding. Mr. Wright’s membership in the State Bar of Michigan is effective as of January 21, 2020.

Mr. Wright’s practice focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions, financing matters, securities issues and restructuring. A native of the Detroit area, Mr. Wright is one of an increasing number of Masuda Funai lawyers admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, as part of an initiative to better serve the firm’s substantial client base in the state. Masuda Funai, which has existing offices in Chicago and Schaumburg, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California, represents a growing number of clients in Michigan and is an active member of the Japanese business community in metro Detroit.
