CHICAGO - Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. is representing Okabe Co., Inc. in a build-to-suit transaction for a new distribution hub in Grayslake, Illinois. The 21.85 acre site will include a new state of the art 133,951 square foot distribution, warehouse, and office facility. The site can also accommodate more than 210,000 square feet of future facility expansion. Bridge Development Partners is the developer for the project.
Okabe is represented by Principals David Alexander and Keith Groebe, both of whom have extensive experience representing foreign and domestic companies in commercial real estate transactions.
