Monika’s experience includes counseling clients on entity selection, formation and maintenance, and cross-border and domestic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, restructurings and private placements. She also regularly assists clients on various IP matters, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating IP assignments and licensing, software and technology development arrangements, and research and testing arrangements, as well as trademark prosecution, maintenance and protection. In addition, she advises on IP and trade secret protection, branding, privacy policy issues, and all levels of commercial transactions, including sales representative and distributorship relationships, manufacturing and supply arrangements, equipment leases, consulting services agreements, warehousing agreements, and OEM agreements.
