Ben’s experience includes advising foreign and domestic public and private companies on domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments, financing matters and governance issues. He prepares and negotiates acquisitions, joint venture agreements, investment deals, financing agreements, letters of credit, intercreditor agreements and security arrangements. Ben has served clients from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, software, technology services, distribution and other general services.

An Illinois Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2012 to 2016, Ben works with a diverse group of clients primarily from Europe and Japan. He is highly skilled in navigating foreign businesses through the domestic M&A process.
