Yulia Chembulatova is a business litigator who serves on client teams that represent domestic and international clients from a broad range of industries. She has experience in commercial and employment litigation and arbitration. Yulia strives to work collaboratively to realize each client's desired outcome. After several years of practice, Yulia knows what it takes to succeed in resolving complex claims. The variety of cases on which Yulia has worked have made her a well-rounded team member, advocate and legal advisor.

Prior to joining Masuda Funai, Yulia served as an Associate with several Chicago law firms. An integral member of their litigation departments, she represented clients at depositions, arbitrations and trials, as well as assisted in all stages of an action from pleadings and discovery to dispositive motions and jury trials. Yulia also drafted and argued motions and related memoranda of law, including motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, motions to transfer and motions related to conflict of law issues.
