Erin Gaeke represents corporations and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation. She has experience assisting clients at AAA arbitration hearings, as well as at federal jury trial. She is also a member of the firm's Distribution & Sales Practice Group where she reviews, drafts and handles distributorship agreements and terms and conditions of sale and purchase. Ms. Gaeke has effectively represented clients in various collection situations, including at trial and in post-judgment proceedings.
Ms. Gaeke is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She received her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2007, where she was a board member of the Mock Trial Team and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. Ms. Gaeke received her B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 2004.
